Commissioner Rollins has lead a life of service. He was born the son of missionaries, a former sports coach, homeowner and active in church. He’s a recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Medal for his life of service.

As a senior intelligence adviser defending U.S. Embassies in Africa, Captain Rollins received a medal for Operation Oaken Steel. After returning home from deployment, Rollins was elected by his peer commissioners to Chairman of the Board.
