Rollins Announces Virtual Fundraiser Panelists

Hosted by media pundit Ward Scott, the event will be livecast on Facebook.

Keystone Heights, Fla., June 17, 2020 – Republican congressional candidate Gavin Rollins today announced the names of nine supporters who will speak and answer questions at a virtual fundraising event which will be moderated by Ward Scott, host of the Ward Scott Files. It will be livecast on Facebook, Thursday, 6-7:30 p.m.

The panelists will include event co-chairs, Tyler Yoho and Debi McElroy. Yoho is an attorney and the son of Congressman Ted Yoho. McElroy, is a former deputy tax collector for Alachua County and former executive assistant to the provost at Santa Fe College.

Other panelists include:

Jeanette Browning, retired school teacher and volunteer coordinator for Team Rollins

Larry Harvey, Putnam County Commissioner

Nathanial Jones, pastor at Acts of Faith Ministries in Archer

Sarah Long, a recent UF graduate who successfully sued the university for restricting freedom of speech

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Jason Neumann, former commander of 753rd Brigade Engineer Battalion in the

Florida National Guard and a small businessman

Pepe Peruyero, owner of J&K Canine Academy and a former policeman in Miami and Gainesville

Lei (Lee) Zhou, PhD, University of Florida professor and molecular scientist

“The panel includes an interesting cross-section of the district’s constituency,” said Yoho. “We look forward to a stimulating exchange on topics ranging from the second amendment to how to deal with communist China. Viewers will be given the opportunity to ask questions.”

Rollins, a Clay County commissioner, high school teacher and captain in the Florida National Guard, is seeking to replace retiring Congressman Ted Yoho in Florida’s third congressional district.
